School teacher and kid wrangler by day, and amazing mother and wife by night.  If there is someone that can vet a deal and tell you why it is no good quicker than Katie, bring them forward.  This is one of the few people that thinks 25% annual returns are too low and net leases are something you wear on your legs.

The Superintendent...

With the numerous construction jobs in downtown, these crane operators and construction workers did not even know this guy has been keeping an eye on them.  He likes to watch them pick up "really heavy" stuff and make sure these buildings are getting built.  We don't want another "The Hole" in downtown, and with Jack on the job, there are no worries.  You can find him on top of various parking garages downtown watching over the job sites, but always under an hour at a time so parking is free!

The newest team member at Story Commercial is a master with client communications - it is impossible to tell her "No" when she gives you a little toothy grin and stares at you with those big blue eyes.  We are excited to have Lauren learning the ropes!
